Suma Root - Herbal Supplement
Notes
Cope with internal and external stresses
In Brazil, suma is called "para todo” meaning
“for everything." SUMA Combination supplies a
full collection of herbal adaptogens. These
are not correctives for any specific health
problem, but they help us to deal with
internal and external stress; bringing the
whole body back into balance. Adaptogens are
also recommended as preventives against the
many contributing causes of aging and other
degenerative processes.
Internal stress includes degenerative
diseases, advanced age or debility, immune
deficiency and chronic fatigue.
External stress includes exertion requiring
stamina and endurance, exposure to extreme
temperatures, and emotionally demanding
circumstances.
Research: Suma (9 studies); Although
historical uses for this herb involve
treatment of chronic fatigue, stress,
menopausal symptoms, and diabetes, modern
research has focused on the plant’s
anti-tumor, anti-inflammatory, and aphrodisiac
effects. 1 2 3 4
